INGREDIENTS-

  • 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 egg, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1   cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

PROCEDURE-

  • Pre-heat your oven to 180C
  • melt butter with dark chocolate.
  • Add in both brown and white sugar.
  • Beat in the egg. Add vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt
  • Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until combined.
  • Pour the batter in a skillet. Place mini marshmallows on top.
  • Place the skillet on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
